CLOSET provides local express and next-day delivery by Lalamove in Singapore.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide (tracked). Note that prices exclude taxes, duties and custom fees.

TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOM FEES

  • We ship all international orders DHL Express Worldwide (tracked).

  • Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties or local taxes may apply.

  • DHL will contact you directly before delivery to collect any fees due.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority, not by our store.

* This process ensures faster customs clearance and a smoother delivery experience.

If any taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees are incurred for your parcel, they must be paid directly to the courier (e.g., DHL) upon delivery. Please note that these fees are not included at checkout.

The estimated delivery timeframe includes the time required to pack your order after confirmation. All deliveries include a tracking number provided by DHL Express Worldwide.
