From Mondays to Fridays, CLOSET provides complimentary next-working-day delivery by Lalamove in Singapore for orders with a minimum purchase of SGD50 & above. Express and weekend delivery are charged at an additional SGD15/ trip.

We ship worldwide and engage the trusted DHL Express Worldwide to deliver all your international orders.

TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMERS FEES

• We ship all international orders DHL Express Worldwide (tracked).

• Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties or local taxes may apply.

• DHL will contact you directly before delivery to collect any fees due.

• These charges are determined by your local customs authority, not by our store.

*This process ensures faster customs clearance and a smoother delivery experience.

Should there be taxes and/or duties incurred for your parcel, the recipient will be responsible to cover the fees upon checkout. Delivery timeframes include the packing of your order upon confirmation. All deliveries come with a tracking number provided by DHL Express Worldwide. 

If your country is not listed above/or estimated taxes do not display upon checkout, the recipient will be responsible to cover the fees upon receiving the parcel. Please get in touch via our contact form for further information so our support team can better assist you.
