EXCHANGE
We are committed to you with our designer products, hence there is no return policy.
However, in the case of any defects or wrong items being sent to you, we would be glad to do an exchange for all Singapore orders. We regret that we are unable to facilitate exchanges for International orders at the moment.
In case of item defects, kindly contact us (link) within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) with your order number and send us details on the defective area clearly. Our support team will contact you soon and you on the procedure for courier exchange.
All internationals sizing is provided by the house designer brands and please take note that each comprehensive guide is unique to its label.
Should the piece is no longer in-stock and unavailable for exchange, the management will then issue an official refund.
*Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
