PLACING AN ORDER

A CLOSET customer account is not mandatorily required but, creating an account offers many attractive benefits ―

  1. Account information and items will remain in your shopping cart for your next visit. This information will be saved securely, for a faster, more convenient experience at checkout
  2. Personalised information like bio, measurements can be saved for your shopping reference.
  3. Track your order status and history

PAYMENT

We accept major credit cards payments and Paypal for local and international customers. Through Shopify (learn more), customers like you can pay in local currency using your preferred payment method.

A verification email will be sent to you within 24 working hours upon submitting your payment information. Please kindly check your junk mail folder and contact us through the contact form if you have not receive the order process invoice.

EXCHANGE

We are committed to provide you with our designer products, hence there is no return policy. Also, sale item is non-refundable. 

However, in the case of any defects or wrong items being sent to you, we would be glad to do an exchange for all Singapore orders. We regret that we are unable to facilitate exchanges for International orders at the moment.

In case of item defects, kindly contact us within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) with your order number and send us details on the defective area clearly. Our support team will contact you soon and advice you on the procedure for courier exchange.  

All internationals sizing is provided by the house designer brands and please take note that each comprehensive guide is unique to its label. 

Should the piece is no longer in-stock and unavailable for exchange, the management will evaluate accordingly. 

Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
