The brand had initially started out as an editorial site – focused on creating content and events that opened up the traditionally predominantly white world of "prep culture" to a larger group of people. And as the couple worked on it, creating clothing came to be a natural extension when they wanted to wear and share exactly what they wanted the brand to stand for.
