If you don’t find your match, the fee simply covers our service and delivery.

Choose your preferred pieces online and submit your reservation request.

02 — Schedule Your Session
Our appointment schedule is flexible and subject to availability.
We’ll coordinate a suitable timing with you directly via WhatsApp.

Appointments are available across Singapore, including homes, private residences, and luxury hotels.

We have previously visited hotels including:

The Singapore EDITION,
Raffles Singapore,
Four Seasons Hotel Singapore,

03 — Try in Comfort

Our CLOSET staff will personally deliver a curated selection directly to your home or hotel. Take your time exploring and trying on the pieces in your own space.After your fitting session, you may purchase and check out only the items you decide to keep.

• Reservation fee is deductible from same-day purchase
• Complimentary for CLOSET CLUB members with purchase history
• Last-minute requests may be accommodated subject to availability

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation may be made via WhatsApp.
Please note cancellations are not available within 3 hours of your appointment.

In case of no-show, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
