CLZ CLUB

The CLOSET Club is a loyalty program that allows you to earn points, redeem rewards and enjoy exclusive perks and experiences! You can access online via [ CLZ CLUB ] in-store app. 

Lifelong Membership

Earn When You Shop: When you shop at CLOSET Online Store or CLOSET Boutique, you can earn points issued by CLOSET SINGAPORE. The more you purchase, the more points you earn. Membership account is required with each order. There is no expiry date for membership and no additional hidden fee required.

CLZ Point Redemption
CLZ Points will be added into your point balance upon all successful in-store and online transactions. Only regular-priced items will be earned.

When an item is returned, kindly note that all points from the purchase (including bonus points) will be deducted. Should you notice any point discrepancy in your points, please feel free to contact our team.

Note: Sale items, gift card, tailoring, adjustment fees, shipping and tax are not eligible. 

CLZ Points Validity and Expiry

Every spend gets you closer to a reward: The points you earn have a rolling 12 months validity period. You can check the point balance in your membership account via [ CLZ Club ] in-store app. 

When you earn new CLZ points on any day of the month,  the expiration date of the CLZ points will be the last day of the month, in a year’s time. For example, if CLZ points are issued on any date of June 2022, it will be valid until next year, on the last day of June 2023.

Note: CLZ points are non-transferrable within accounts. CLZ points are not exchangeable for cash and can only be redeemed strictly via our CLZ Rewards boutique.

  • Member : below S$2,999 and earn 2% CLZ points.
  • Bronze : Spend above S$3,000 and earn 5% CLZ points.
  • Silver: Spend above S$6,000 and earn 7% CLZ points.
  • Gold: Spend above S$10,000 and earn 10% CLZ points.
