Step 1
Schedule your time through the product page and complete the booking process.
Step 2
Guest customers without purchase history must pay a 20 SGD service fee before their appointment.
Step 3
Our staff are available daily from 11:00 - 18:00 SGT. Contact us via WhatsApp or directly for any questions.
Step 4
Once the booking is confirmed, our staff will deliver the items to your specified location.
Step 5
Keep what you like and pay on-site; our staff will take back the rest!

Please choose the pieces you'd like to try and kindly book your session online through our product page. We'll only charge you for what you decide to keep.
Try-On Service
Fee: 20 SGD *for Guest Customers
Complimentary for CLOSET CLUB members with a purchase history. If you make a purchase, the 20 SGD will be deducted from your total. If not, we appreciate your understanding that the fee covers the service provided.

We invite you to book your preferred time through the product page.
Last-minute plans? We're pleased to accommodate bookings up to 4 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Your Personal Styling
We'll bring a carefully curated selection to you. Please take your time to explore and mix the pieces.
Love what you see? We're thrilled for you to keep it. Changed your mind? We're happy to take it back. Additional items catch your eye? We'd be glad to help.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation can be made by phone call or via booking portal. Please be aware that cancellations are not possible after 3 hours before your reservation. In case of a no-show, the reservation fee (for Guest Customers) will not be refunded.

Helpful Reminders
- We provide face covers for trying on tops – your comfort and hygiene are important to us.
- We kindly ask that you leave tags on during try-on.
- For shoes, we recommend using our shoehorn.
- Soft surfaces are ideal for trying on.
- For the best fit, we suggest lacing sneakers through the top eyelet.
- We appreciate your care in handling the items to keep them in pristine condition.
After your session, please keep what you love and we'll gladly take
back the rest. Returns are seamless if items are in their original
condition.
We kindly ask that items remain in your try-on space until
purchase.
Would you like our signature packaging? We'd be happy to
arrange that after your purchase.

Each appointment for the CLOSET Try At Home and Hotel Service incurs a single service fee, regardless of the number of items reserved (e.g., a Saturday appointment at 12:00 PM with 3 items will only require one fee).
Please ensure the payment is completed before your appointment.
